The Challenge
The Centered Life is a woman owned psychotherapy center with two locations. They wanted to expand the patient base of both locations, move up in the search engine rankings and increase their visibility on social media. Despite having more 5 star reviews than other higher ranked counseling practices, their website traffic was low, and their social media engagement rate was following behind local competitors.
The Solution
The V2M2 Group created an entire digital marketing strategy which would be executed in phases. Wanting to keep the client’s initial investment manageable until we could prove measurable results was paramount. The V2M2 Group knew that a strong social media presence could indirectly affect their search engine rankings, as well as more accurately display the unique culture of their practice. This was phase one. Phase two would consist of a more robust SEO strategy combined with an updated website design. Phase three would include the addition of marketing automation in order to complete the lead generation cycle created by the prior two phases.
The V2M2 Group worked closely with The Centered Life to create a content marketing strategy, which weighed heavily on video production. Short form videos were used to inspire and educate their target market, as well as illustrate the unique culture and personalities of the individual therapists. Phase one was a huge success (see graphs below). Their website design has been updated and currently the Centered Life is in the second half of phase two, optimizing their SEO. They are seeing a great influx of website traffic as a result of the first two phases.
